1. RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you discover any defect in the item(s) purchased, you may return any defective item within 30 days of delivery for a replacement (if stock is available) or a full refund if replacement stock is not available. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns for minor cosmetic defects or damages caused by your negligence will not be accepted. If you receive any item which you did not order, please Contact Us before you return the item.

No cancellation or modification of your order is allowed and no refunds will be issued when you submit your order.

2. VOUCHERS AND PROMOTIONS

Discover Ministries reserves the right to end promotions or use of voucher offers at any time. 
 
3. STOCK AND PRICING
 
Although we try to ensure that all prices quoted online are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of your order, we will inform you as soon as possible. You will have the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If payment has been made prior to your cancellation of the order at this point in time, you will be issued a full refund. If we are unable to contact you, we will deem the order as cancelled.
 
Products will only be shipped upon receipt of payment. 

4. CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PAYMENT

If you are under 18 years of age and/or are not using your own credit/debit card to pay for your order, you must obtain prior permission from the credit/debit cardholder before entering the payment details. By clicking on the "Submit" button, you are declaring that you have obtained prior permission from the credit/debit cardholder. Verification of this is not our responsibility and we will not be liable to you or any other person for any indiscrete use of credit/debit cards.
 
5. RIGHT TO REFUSE ORDER

We reserve the right not to fulfil and to cancel an order:

5.1 In the event of obvious price inaccuracies, except that we may fulfil your order at the correct price;
5.2 If we are unable to obtain payment authorisation from the issuer of your payment card.
5.3 If item has been discontinued
 
We reserve the right not to accept or process your order for any reason. All orders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the issuer of your payment card. If we do not accept your order and your credit/debit account has already been debited, you will be notified and issued a full refund.

6. YOUR USER LOGIN ACCOUNT

You are responsible for the safekeeping of your user name and password. You are liable if your user name or password is being used by any unauthorised person(s). 

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time without prior notice. If you wish to terminate your account, you are required to send us written notice. Please click here to Contact Us.

7. DELIVERY

We will deliver the item(s) to the address you supplied upon placing your order. You agree that we will not be responsible for any failure to deliver the item(s) if you have supplied an incorrect address. In the event that we have been supplied an incorrect address, and our efforts to contact you have failed, we reserve the right to dispose of incorrectly addressed envelopes and their contents at our discretion if they are returned to us. We will not be obliged to issue a refund to you or any other person.

For international buyers, please check with your own countries for export restrictions. Discover Ministries will not be responsible and cannot provide a refund should products be held at customs or any other government authority.

8. DELAY IN DELIVERY & NON-DELIVERY

We will not be liable to you for any delay in delivery or non-delivery of item(s) in the event that:

8.1 The issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us;
8.2 The delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond our control or the control of our agents and sub-contractors, including but not restricted to war, electricity power failure, utilities failure, failure of telecommunications links, failure of transportation infrastructure, fire, flood, government act, natural disaster, legislative constraint, strike, labour dispute or malicious damage involving employees;
8.3 Wrong address was provided
8.4 Our liability to you in the event of item(s) being lost in despatch shall, at our discretion, be limited to either a replacement of the missing item(s) or a refund of the cost of the missing item(s).

9. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We will use the personal and transactional information (e.g. name, address, email address, credit/debit card details) you supplied for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order and for keeping in touch with you. If you choose to opt out of our mailing list, please Contact Us and we will remove you from our mail-outs.
 
We will not disclose your personal data to any third parties (outside of discover.org.au and buddhabook.org. We will not sell, rent or trade your personal information to others for marketing purposes without your consent. Each order is governed by the prevailing terms and conditions displayed on the website when you place your online order. We may change these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms and conditions before you place your order. We will not be responsible for any loss suffered by you arising from your negligence to do so.

Although we try to ensure that images of all items displayed on our online catalogue are up-to-date, images of the items may differ from the actual items. Titles might also defer slightly, however the content will be the same. You are advised to read the description of each item carefully before finalising your order.
